| dc.description.abstract | The hospitality industry in Dublin is characterised by a highly cultural environment, where the majority of the workforce is made up of international students, i.e. employees, especially in Dublin. As a result, one of the most significant factors is leadership in this sector, which is highly valued and very important for effective management in culturally diverse contexts. Similarly, motivation must be maintained and employees must perform productively in work teams. In this regard, this study analyses how intercultural leadership strategies can influence or affect, either positively or negatively, the motivation and performance of international students working in the hospitality sector in Dublin who face working in multicultural and diverse environments. | |
