This research analyzes the application of emerging technologies and innovations, particularly blockchain, in enhancing maritime shipping resilience, sustainability, risk management, and supply chain traceability. These aspects are especially important in the modern logistics world, where disruption, data precision, and compliance within frameworks all influence an organization’s operations and business patronage. To explore these phenomena, primary qualitative data was collected through semi-structured interviews with maritime logistics and customs professionals. The study was conducted within a constructivist framework characterized by inductive data collection based on professional experiences and perspectives that fit preconceived thematic outlines derived from existing literature.
